Meals In Minutes Monday- Chicken Strips!
Good Monday morning all, Kara here with another yummy recipe that I hope you'll enjoy. Homemade Chicken Strips, here is what you'll need.
6-8(depending on family size) Boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup corn flakes crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup melted butter
In a side dish mix corn flakes, salt and pepper. Cut chicken into 1 inch thick chunks, dip chicken into butter and then roll in the corn flake batter until completely covered. Arrange chicken in a single layer foil lined baking dish, bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold with your favorite dipping sauce.
