September's Monthly Challenge

Hi everyone! It's Kiki here with this month's challenge. Are you ready for some fun? We all know it's back to school time and what I've noticed is that lots of moms out there are trying to figure out what to pack the kids for lunch. This doesn't surprise me since I have a hard time packing lunch for me, let alone picky children. So here's your challenge this month. I want you to take a photo of what you packed for lunch - either for your children, yourself, significant other, heck I'll even be happy to see what you give your pets for lunch! Just take a picture of it, upload your picture to some place like Photobucket or Flickr and link me up to the photo to be eligible to win.

What's up for grabs? One random participant will win a $5 gift certificate to Jennifer's store at The Digichick where you can pick up her latest goodies.

So go to it folks. Get that camera out and take a snapshot of lunch for all of us to see. Maybe we'll all get some ideas and help each other out this way!

August's Monthly Challenge

Hey all! It's Kristin again with your monthly challenge. For me, August is a time to be thinking about heading back to school. We start insanely early here- I head back on the 11th and the kiddos follow on the 13th of this month.

So, August's challenge is to scrap a layout dedicated to school. Be creative! If you don't have a kid heading off to school or they won't be until next month, scrap about when you were in school. Or about your favorite school supplies. :) (I *heart* school supplies, btw.) Or your favorite teacher. You get the picture.

Jennifer, along with Meghan Mullens, has a fabulous kit to help you along with this month's challenge.

Once you've created your layout, upload it to a gallery and comment with a link so that we can see! One lucky winner will be randomly chosen and will win a $5 gift certificate to Jennifer Fox Designs.

May Monthly Challenge

Good Morning readers, I trust you all had a fabulous International Scrapbooking Day!! I (Leila) am bringing you this month's challenge--you could win a gift certificate to Jennifer's store at TheDigiChick for playing along!!


The challenge is a RECIPE CHALLENGE!! Woot! I've always loved these challenges and I hope you all do too. I've done a layout and come up with the ingredients plus some optional things you can add if you wish!

Ingredients:
Two papers
Three SQUARE framed photos (a simple stroke will count as a frame--it's my go to frame on most pages!)
Two ribbons/ric rac/strings
Four staples (or other metal fasteners)
One bead/sequin/glitter spill
Stitched or doodled border
One alpha
Two flowers (or stars for the flower-phobic)
One button

Optional seasonings:
Journaling
Word strips
Paint spill/brush strokes

Stir together--bake and show me what you've made by the end of the month for that chance to win!!!
