Pita Pizzas
Prep time: 5 min
Cook time: 10-15 min.
Ingredients:
Pitas (I used Olfason's Whole Wheat Pita Pockets)
Pizza Sauce
Cheese (I used skim mozza cheese)
Your favorite pizza toppings.
Start by putting your pitas on a cooking tray. Now, my hubby figured that one wouldn't be nearly enough so he asked me to cook 2 for him. The extra one was used as lunch the next day because he was stuffed on the first one!
Add some pizza sauce
And your favorite toppings, and don't forget the cheese! We're not big on veggies on our pizza, so we went with all-meat.
Throw them in a 350' oven for about 10 minutes, the cheese will be all melted. Then turn the oven to broil for a minute or two (watch closely!) to brown up the cheese a bit. 

Cut into pieces using a pizza cutter or knife
And serve with a side salad. Supper is served in about 20 minutes flat!
